Processed locally in your browser — never uploadedPosting a receipt, sending feedback, or filing a bug screenshot is the easiest way to accidentally share a phone number, address, order ID, or who you were chatting with. This tool lets you paste a screenshot straight from the clipboard (Ctrl/⌘+V) or drop it in, then box and mask it — burned into pixels on export. No saving, no uploading; built for "screenshot, redact, send."
How to use Screenshot redaction
- 1Copy a screenshot, then press Ctrl/⌘+V here, or drop an image in
- 2Box the areas to hide (phone, order ID, avatar, etc.)
- 3Pick blur, pixelate, or black and export the clean screenshot
Why this tool
Clipboard paste fits the real, frequent "screenshot → redact → send" motion, and it shares the same engine as the general masker, so masks are truly burned into the pixels.
FAQ
- Why won't paste work?
- You need an image in your clipboard first (e.g. your snipping tool's "copy to clipboard"), then paste here. Some browsers require clipboard-read permission.
- Is the screenshot uploaded?
- No. The pasted screenshot is processed only in your browser.
